It is about facilitating learning and development. This happens via confidential conversations with a trained coach in a structured way that benefits the coachee in relation to learning, thinking and identifying potential actions. We begin by completing a brief needs assessment to ensure the train the trainer program received is "on target" and personalized to the organization's needs. There is a high level of participation by the learner. The transfer of skills to the organization is stressed through action planning.
